Leading Consumer Electronics Manufacturer Partners With Internet TV Software Company to Bring the Unlimited Entertainment Potential of the Internet to the Television, Mobile Phone and Computer

LAS VEGAS, NV — JENA Corporation, a division of JIUZHOU Electric Group Company, Ltd. in China, and Qtv, Inc. today announced at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nevada, that that they will partner to integrate Qtv’s Internet TV media player with JENA’s network connected set-top boxes (STBs) and televisions.

The combination of JENA’s products and the Qtv media solution will give consumers the ability to enjoy the best of the Internet and their own music, videos and digital pictures on their TV. In addition to having Qtv on their JENA products, JENA customers can also load the Qtv Internet TV Media Player on their mobile phone and computer for a comprehensive three screen media solution.

The Qtv™ Internet TV media player brings the content and services of hundreds of providers to the television, mobile phone and computer. Users can enjoy YouTube™ videos, Picasa™ and Flickr™ online photo albums, Internet Radio, shopping and more. Qtv is also implementing Widevine® digital rights management (DRM) to ensure that premium content remains secure. The content from all the providers is integrated in a simple-to-use interface that allows users to browse for content by category, genre, provider, favorites, keyword and title. Qtv is also the only solution with Q™ points, enabling users to start watching a video on the TV, pause and then continue watching on their mobile phone or computer.
