724k subscribers for n DTH in Poland at end-1Q10

The Management Board of TVN S.A. (“the Company”) has decided to provide the market with the following selected preliminary unaudited key financial and operating data of TVN Group for the three months ended March 31, 2010.

The ‘n’ DTH platform reached 724 thousand active, revenue generating subscribers as of the end of March 2010. At the same time “Telewizja na kartę” (TNK) enjoys 307 thousand active pre-paid customers.
