Ensequence Provides Programmers, Service Providers and Advertisers With a One-Stop Source for iTV Creation, Deployment and Support

PORTLAND, OR and NEW YORK, NY — Ensequence, the interactive TV company, today announced that the company has entered partnerships with interactive application streamer provider Softel, streamer provider S & T and broadcast automation vendor VDS to provide a single-source interactive TV platform for television service providers and programmers. Ensequence will demonstrate the iTV Manager™ platform at the Cable Show in Los Angeles, May 11-13, 2010 at booth #239.

“We have been working with leading programmers and distributors to make TV content interactive for ten years. The Ensequence iTV Manager platform, which integrates with our partners’ components, delivers our customers a truly comprehensive interactive TV offering that enables them to make as many ads and programs interactive as they like,” said Aslam Khader, Ensequence Chief Technology and Product Officer. “Our customers can now easily, affordably and dependably deploy iTV in large volumes across cable, satellite and telco — reaching 45 million viewers by the end of 2010.”

Ensequence iTV Manager solves the challenges associated with creating and deploying high volumes of interactive content. From template creation and managing content to scheduling and broadcast, Ensequence iTV Manager provides a comprehensive platform, enabling teams of any size to collaborate on the entire process of creating and deploying interactive television programming and advertising.

Ensequence has been working separately with Softel, S & T and VDS for several years, and is now working more closely with each vendor to ensure seamless iTV integration. Programmers and television service providers now have a single focus point for vendor sourcing and support. When Ensequence sells partners’ products with iTV Manager, Ensequence provides system-level integration, deployment support and ongoing support and maintenance services.
