SUNNYVALE, Calif. — At TelcoTV 2007 booth #215, Harmonic Inc. (NASDAQ: HLIT) will present a full range of versatile and innovative solutions for IP-based telco video delivery that enable a variety of advanced broadcast and on-demand services. TelcoTV is a leading North American exhibition and conference focused on video delivery, taking place in Atlanta from October 23-25.

• High definition (HD) MPEG-4 AVC (H.264) video compressed at ultra-low bit-rates with the market-leading DiviCom® Electra™ 7000 encoder and the new, cost-effective DiviCom Ion™ AVC standard definition (SD) multichannel encoder.
