Inview Technology Partners with Novatek to Launch NEELiX Digital TV Platform

LONDON — Inview Technology, the world leading supplier of royalty free EPGs, has signed a licence agreement with Novatek to launch their revolutionary lightweight Neelix platform across millions of products worldwide.

Novatek is the leading global flat panel display solution provider offering a full range of display driver ICs & SoC solutions. The collaboration between Novatek and Inview will create a competitively priced DVB-T hybrid platform.

Specifically engineered for resource constrained environments, NEELiX incorporates a fully integrated EPG, media browser and personal schedule tool. A recommendation engine searches out broadcast and internet content that is relevant to individual user viewing profiles, viewing history, friend’s recommendations and video ranking. It also boasts a wide range of TV & STB applications that provide easy access to internet content without having to use a browser or search engines.
