RC Module demonstrates HD set-top box decoder IC

Russia’s RC Module JSC has shown its new ARM11-based HD set-top box decoder IC at Si-Forum 2011 in Gusev, Kaliningrad. The demonstration was developed in cooperation with set-top box maker General Satellite.
The 90nm chip is fabricated by Fujitsu Microelectronics. Production is scheduled for the second half of 2011.
