AuthenTec and Insys Help Deliver CANAL+ Streaming TV Content to Mobile Subscribers in Poland

AuthenTec’s Downloadable DRM Fusion Helps Protect and Deliver Streaming Content to iPhone and iPad Users via Canal+ Cyfrowy’s CYFRA+ ONLINE Service

MELBOURNE, Fla. & POZNAŃ, Poland — AuthenTec (NASDAQ:AUTH), a leading provider of mobile and network security, and system integrator Insys announced today that CYFRA+, the Polish digital platform and part of CANAL+ Group , has launched a smooth streaming content service for mobile devices that uses AuthenTec’s Downloadable DRM Fusion™ content protection and Insys’ InsysPlay video playback platform. AuthenTec and Insys helped to create the downloadable CYFRA+ ONLINE application that delivers the platform programming to Apple iPhones and iPads. The CYFRA+ free download, now available on iTunes, brings exclusive films, sports and lifestyle shows to 1.5 million CYFRA+ subscribers in Poland.
