AirTies integrates ACCESS DLNA-based media sharing

ACCESS and AirTies Joint Media Sharing Solution Enables Operators to Control and Monetize the Multiscreen Consumer Experience

LAS VEGAS — 2013 International CES — ACCESS CO., LTD, a global provider of advanced software technologies to the mobile, beyond-PC and digital TV markets, today announced that AirTies, a leading supplier of advanced technology to the Broadcast and Broadband industry, has integrated ACCESS’ NetFront™ Living Connect with its home gateways and set-top boxes to enable DLNA-based media sharing throughout the home.

The solution features Digital Media Rendering and ‘Play To’ functionality which enables the control of content from external devices. It aims to ensure that consumers and operators can both profit from next-generation media sharing experiences and is now fully DLNA certified and ready for shipping.
