Ziggo loses 27,000 digital pay TV subscribers in 4Q 2012

UTRECHT — Ziggo N.V. has released full-year and Q4 2012 results. Digital Pay TV revenue increased through an ARPU increase and a strong uptake of VOD, partly offset by a 27,000 decline in subscribers.

As at December 31, 2012 929,000 of our total digital TV RGUs subscribed to one or more of our digital pay TV services.
