Satellite TV up 21% year-on-year in Croatia in 2Q 2013
Wednesday, September 25th, 2013The Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency (Hrvatska agencija za poštu i elektroničke komunikacije – HAKOM) has reported communications market data for the country for the end of the second quarter of 2013.
Satellite TV was the fastest growing established segment of the market with subscriptions increasing by over 21% year-on-year. IPTV remains the leading pay TV platform with nearly 380,000 subscribers.
The recently launched ‘evotv’ pay digital terrestrial television (DTT) service had more than 14,000 subscribers at the end of June.
