SaskTel maxTV 100,000 Customers and Growing!

SaskTel today announced that it has reached 100,000 maxTV customers across the Province of Saskatchewan.

“Since maxTV launched in 2002, SaskTel has successfully worked to far exceed the original business case and has grown the best digital TV service in Saskatchewan,” said Minister Responsible for SaskTel Don McMorris. “maxTV is one of SaskTel’s key consumer growth portfolios and this is a major milestone for the company and speaks to the tremendous efforts of its employees in delivering the only IPTV service in Saskatchewan.”

“We constantly strive to deliver the newest technology to provide the best TV service and user experience for our customers,” said Ron Styles, SaskTel President and CEO. “As a testament to this, we were pleased to receive the highest numerical score among television service providers in western Canada and be awarded the J.D. Power 2013 Canadian Television Provider Customer Satisfaction Study.”

SaskTel maxTV offers great digital TV, Movies on Demand, Pay Per View, Galaxie music channels and Saskatchewan radio stations, as well as exclusive TV apps, unique local content, and much more. Plus best of all, SaskTel offers maxTV service with no contracts, installation fees, or equipment to buy so customers can try it risk free.

To celebrate this accomplishment, SaskTel will be awarding the 100,000th customer with a prize package on November 16th. Existing maxTV subscribers will be automatically entered to win a prize package and will have the opportunity to refer family and friends to maxTV service through the Customer Referral Program to be entered to win another prize (prizing details TBD).
