AUBAGNE — NEOTION will introduce its new CAM portfolio with Verimatrix at IBC 2014.
NEOTION strengthens its position on the market by enlarging its CAM range with Verimatrix, the specialist in securing and enhancing revenue for multi-network, multi-screen digital TV services around the globe.
NEOTION introduces a portfolio of advanced security CAM products certified as compatible with the Verimatrix Video Content Authority System (VCAS™) for DVB cardless Pay-TV solution for satellite, terrestrial and cable operators.
The new CAMs offer robust cardless security for integrated TVs, set top boxes (STBs) and professional integrated receiver decoder (IRD) applications.
NEOTION will be able to meet any Pay-TV operators requirements with the Verimatrix CAM solution, addressing multiple reception modes (satellite, terrestrial or cable) for both consumer and professional markets targets. Indeed, the combined solution is a smart and small device that enables subscribers to decrypt their TV programs while simultaneously equipping any IRD for collective distribution.
The NEOTION CI Plus CAM will be fully compliant with the latest specification of standard CI Plus (v1.3) allowing pay-TV operators to enhance the subscriber’s viewing experience while keeping control over user content.
