MStar Semiconductor, Inc., a leading semiconductor company for TV, set-top-box, display and digital home solutions, has adopted TQTVD’s Ginga Software Solution to support the switchover from analog to digital broadcasting in Latin America market, especially in Brazil Analog Switch-off (ASO) Transition.
