Positivo Informática contracts with Brazil's Seja Digital for STBs

Material Fact – Entry into Contractual Addendum

CURITIBA — Positivo Informática S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: POSI3) (“Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it entered into a contractual addendum with EAD – Entidade Administradora do Processo de Redistribuição e Digitalização de Canais de TV e RTV (“Seja Digital”) for supplying set-top-box decoders, within the scope of the program for Brazil’s migration from analogic to digital open TV signal (“Program”).

The devices will be delivered in tranches as of February, with conclusion estimated for the third quarter of the current year. Volume contracted to date totals revenue of R$267 million for the Company in 2017.

It is worth mentioning that Seja Digital is expected to carry out new pricing rounds for the acquisition of additional lots of decoders. The Company will continue participating in these bids in order to expand its participation in the Program.
