CYTA selects Pirelli Broadband Solutions for IPTV Set Top Boxes

Pirelli Broadband Solutions, a leading supplier of IPTV Set Top Boxes and solutions for quadruple play services, today announced it has been selected by the Cyprus Telecommunications Authority (CYTA) to supply its IP100 HDTV IPTV Set Top Box for CYTA’s IPTV service.

Pirelli’s IP100 is a state of the art IPTV Set Top Box supporting HDTV, H.264 decoding and TR-069 remote manageability, and is part of a family of modular Set Top Boxes already deployed in large scale in other leading IPTV services in Europe, comprising hybrid DVB-T / IPTV and PVR capable models.
