Five million Australians now have Netflix
Jun 14, 2016 – Almost five million Australians (14+) now have Netflix, the latest results to May 2016 from Roy Morgan Research show—and with the free trials and free versions wrapping up, nearly all subscribing homes are paying for the Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) service.

May 24, 2016 – Nine in 10 Australians 14+ watched linear free-to-air television during an average week in the first four months of 2016. But over a third of Australians now watch TV 'On Demand' in an average four week period, according to Roy Morgan Research.

Netflix now in over 1 in 10 Australian homes
Oct 15, 2015 – The number of Australian homes with a Netflix subscription rose again in September to 968,000 (10.5%), up another 113,000 from 855,000 in August, according to the latest S-VOD data from Roy Morgan Research.

Netflix reaches 1.89 million Australians
Aug 11, 2015 – Netflix has hit 8% of Australian homes reaching 1.89 million people 14+ in July, the latest monthly data from Roy Morgan Research shows. Over 1 in 3 households now have some form of pay or subscription TV, up almost 30% since the start of 2015.

More than 400,000 Netflix subscription households in Australia
