Feb 25, 2009 – COMSTAR-UTS (LSE: CMST) has announced that Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS), a member of COMSTAR-UTS, has launched interactive digital Internet TV services (IPTV). MGTS provides IPTV services as an agent of COMSTAR.
