Sun Direct DTH launches HD in India

Sun Direct Pvt. Ltd. has announced the launch of high-definition (HD) channels as part of its DTH satellite TV service in India. Sun Direct has been trialling HD services since April 2009.
HD set-top boxes are to be supplied by Samsung.
