Telekomunikacja Polska adds 40k IPTV and 219k DTH subscribers in 2009

WARSAW, Poland — The Management Board of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (“TP S.A”, “TP”) has provided selected financial and operating data related to the activities of TP Group for the full year 2009.

Full year 2009 broadband revenue was up by 9.1%, driven predominantly by the growth of the total customer base, supported by the TV offer. It is worth mentioning the TV subscriber base grew by more than 300% versus 2008.
