SK broadband adds 27k IPTV subscribers in 1Q10

SEOUL, South Korea — SK broadband incorporated (KOSDAQ: 033630) (the “Company”) Korea’s leading integrated telecommunications company, announced that the Company posted a revenue of KRW 493.0 billion for the first quarter of 2010.
On IPTV, SK broadband has continuously developed new businesses linked with public sector such as ‘Seoul City IPTV’ and ‘School IPTV’ to enhance public service and improve profitability. Furthermore, the Company is newly preparing services such as open IPTV platform and n-Screen service which will expand IPTV platform to diverse through devices such as mobile and PC.
