Bichara and Cianet offer IPTV solutions for Brazilian ISPs

Brazilian companies Bichara and Cianet have developed their own end-to-end IPTV systems targeted at the 300-400 of the country’s 3000 regional ISPs that are planning to deploy FTTH.
The Cianet platform includes a low cost headend, Verimatrix conditional access and set-top boxes designed by Cianet and manufactured locally. The Bichara ‘Orange’ IPTV platform also uses Verimatrix conditional access and own-design set-top boxes which in this case are manufactured in China.
