Venezuela ends 2Q 2012 with 2.95 million Pay TV subscribers

According to preliminary statistics published by its Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL), pay TV subscriptions in Venezuela at the end of the second quarter of 2012 were 2.95 million, up from 2.88 million at the end of the first quarter of 2012. Household penetration reached 41.3%.

Year-on-year 336,400 net new subscribers were added.
