Feb 19, 2010 – Grupo PRISA (Madrid: PRS), owner of Sogecable, has reported results for 2009. The total number of Digital+ subscribers as of December 31, 2009, was 1,845,805 down 53,400 from the end of September 2009.

KDG digital video RGUs up 49k in 2Q09
Aug 27, 2009 – Kabel Deutschland (KDG) has announced its results for the quarter ended June 30, 2009. Kabel Digital pay TV RGUs coupled with Digital Access RGUs contributed to a total of 2.1 million digital video RGUs at the end of the period.

May 26, 2009 – Germany's largest cable network operator Kabel Deutschland (KDG) has announced results for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2009. The overall number of digital TV RGUs amounted to 2.1 million (1.6 million thousand in the previous year).

Apr 30, 2009 – Grupo PRISA (Madrid: PRS), owner of Sogecable, has reported results for the period January-March 2009. The subscriber base of DIGITAL+, Sogecable's Spanish satellite platform, was 2,001,000 at quarter end, down from 2,035,000 at the end of 2008.

Kudelski 2008 Results and New Client Wins
Feb 27, 2009 – The Kudelski Group (SWX:KUD.VX) has announced its 2008 annual results. Digital TV progressed well in the second half, generating a 46.1% net revenue growth compared to the first half. For the full year Digital TV achieved a 15.3% growth rate.

Kabel Deutschland with double digit growth rates in revenue and EBITDA
Feb 26, 2009 – KDG was able to further expand its customer base despite the financial and economic crisis. RGUs for digital pay TV grew by 82,900 to a total of 846,300 units. At the end of 2008 the number of all digital pay TV users reached 2 million.

PRISA's EBITDA reached €948 million
Feb 19, 2009 – Grupo PRISA (Madrid: PRS) has reported full-year revenue of 4,001.35 million euros for 2008. Average Digital+ subscriber revenue per head was 44.5 euros per month over the fourth quarter of 2008, with a total subscriber base of 2,035,000.

Spanish judge orders open decoder market
Jan 26, 2009 – A judge of the Provincial Court of Madrid (Audiencia Provincial de Madrid) has ruled that the pay-TV operator Sogecable and its subsidiary Digital+ have to open up the market for decoders of the service.
