French Strategic Investment Fund (FSI) to purchase AREVA's stake in STMicroelectronics
Dec 16, 2010 – The French Strategic Investment Fund's (FSI) binding offer to acquire the 10.9% indirect stake in STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM) owned by AREVA (Paris:CEI) amounts to 695 million euros, which corresponds to 7 euros per share.
