UK BVOD ad spend expected to have grown 12.4% YoY in 2024
Jan 30, 2025 – According to an Advertising Association/WARC report, UK ad spend rose 9.7% to £10.6bn in the third quarter of 2024. BVOD ad spend is expected to have grown 12.4% at end-2024.

UK advertising spend reached £9.2bn in Q1 2024
Jul 25, 2024 – The latest Advertising Association/WARC Expenditure Report shows UK ad spend up 9.3% to £9.2bn in Q1 2024. BVOD ad spend is set to cross the £1bn threshold for the first time this year.

AA/WARC reports UK 2023 ad spend at £36.6bn
Apr 25, 2024 – The latest AA/WARC dataset expects the UK advertising market to grow 5.8% to reach nearly £39bn in 2024. Broadcast media, most notably TV (+2.6%) and radio (+2.3%) are expected to return to growth.
