Grupo Televisa to acquire AT&T's share of Sky México
Apr 3, 2024 – Grupo Televisa (NYSE:TV; BMV:TLEVISA CPO) has reached an agreement with AT&T to take over its participation in Sky Mexico, giving Televisa ownership of 100% of Sky's capital stock.
