Botswana - BEStv finally receives broadcasting licence
Aug 14, 2008 – Black Earth Communications (BEC) has received its satellite broadcasting service licence from the Botswana Telecommunication Authority (BTA). BEC will trade as Black Entertainment Satellite Television (BEStv).
