Atlantic Broadband acquires Thames Valley Communications
Jan 10, 2020 – Atlantic Broadband has signed an agreement to purchase Thames Valley Communications, a broadband services company operating in Southeastern Connecticut. Upon closing, Atlantic Broadband will add approximately 10,000 customers to its operations.

KPN acquires internet service provider Solcon
Jun 30, 2017 – KPN has acquired Solcon, a Dutch supplier of internet, fixed and mobile telephony, hosting, TV and secure e-mail services for consumers and businesses. The company will continue to operate independently in the market under its own brand name.
