Cable ONE to acquire NewWave Communications
Jan 18, 2017 – Cable One (NYSE: CABO) has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire NewWave Communications for $735 million in cash. NewWave is owned by funds affiliated with GTCR, a private equity firm based in Chicago.
