RSF launches independent journalism via satellite for Russian-speakers
Mar 5, 2024 – Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has launched the Svoboda Satellite Package, offering Russian-speaking TV and radio by satellite at 13°E to territories including Russia, Ukraine and Baltic countries.
