Rwanda to Have Digital Broadcasting Next Year
Thursday, August 27th, 2009KIGALI — Rwanda will fully start DVB-T digital terrestrial broadcasting by March next year. This means that the Office Rwandais d’Information, ORINFOR, the state-owned operator of Rwanda’s electronic mass media, will be able to provide up to eight different channels.
