Ecuador - Andinatel to start IPTV in 2009
Monday, March 24th, 2008Ecuadorian state-run telephone carrier Andinatel will invest around USD 36.5 million in its IPTV project Andinacable in an attempt to put its platform into commercial application as from 2009.
