This site is owned and operated by The Digital TV Consultancy. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we feel you should fully understand our policy and the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

Personal Information

The Digital TV Consultancy does not directly gather personal information about users. The Digital TV Consultancy does have access to the e-mail addresses of users who subscribe to the Digital TV News service through Feedblitz and Google’s Feedburner. Feedblitz offers an option to subscribe anonymously for those who require it. Feedblitz’s own privacy policy can be found at https://www.feedblitz.com/privacy/. Users can also choose to receive updates via Twitter. Twitter’s privacy policy can be found at https://twitter.com/en/privacy.

Outside the Digital TV News service itself, The Digital TV Consultancy may occasionally contact users based on their submitted e-mail address, though this would be a rare event.

Under no circumstances does The Digital TV Consultancy divulge any information about an individual user to a third party.

Usage tracking

The Digital TV Consultancy tracks user traffic patterns throughout the site via Google Analytics. However, we are not able to correlate this information with data about individual users. We use tracking information purely to determine which areas of our sites users like and don’t like based on traffic to those areas. Cookies

The Digital TV Consultancy uses Google Adsense as its third party ad provider.
