313,000 pay TV subscribers for Ecuador at end-Feb 2010

Ecuador’s Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones (SUPERTEL) has released pay TV statistics for the country up to the 27th February 2010. There were 313,000 subscribers in the Republic at that date.
