RTÉ proposes DTT with satellite in-fill for Ireland
Thursday, July 15th, 2010With the collapse of plans to offer pay DTT in Ireland, RTÉ has proposed to the Minister for Communications that the company should offer a free-to-air service via terrestrial covering 98% of the population, with the remaining 2% in remote areas being covered by satellite.
