Rwanda to switch to digital TV early in 2011
Monday, February 7th, 2011Rwanda will switch to digital broadcasting early this year according to the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority which is managing the conversion of the country’s infrastructure.
The Rwanda Bureau of Information and Broadcasting (ORINFOR), the country’s sole broadcaster, has hired Harris Corporation to implement the upgrade.
