By Blending Accepted Security and Authentication Standards With New Adaptive Technologies for High Reliability Service, the Company Makes a Big Step Forward in Next Generation Consumer Services

SALT LAKE CITY, UT — Lyfe Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:LYFE), a technology leader in the development of next generation media services integrating TV, high-speed Internet and enhanced voice services, today announced that they have completed software development of a virtual Set Top Box (vSTB), and are creating a program to deploy that technology in trials with partner operators and to their own customers.

This field trial program represents the first of multiple products to come that are based on the reach and new service technologies that the company has been developing. The company has stated that it will deploy to its customer base and work with partners to deploy these transformative technologies as they emerge from their ongoing research and development efforts.

“We are really excited to be bringing vSTB, the first of our new technology developments to market,” said Greg Smith, CEO of Lyfe Commuincations. “We have blended industry accepted conditional access security with standard user authentication and our own adaptive technologies for high quality, reliable service delivery. Now we are working with new investors to raise the capital to deploy the services enabled by these technologies to our own customer base, and we are offering the same technologies to partners who are interested in bringing the next generation of digital television services to their customers.”
