Central Telegraph to deploy Iskratel set-top boxes

An agreement was closed between Russia’s Central Telegraph (Centel) company (Qwerty trademark) and Iskratel, a telecommunications equipment developer, on the deployment of a multifunctional media center. The media center tests will be performed this summer, and in September 2011 the set-top-box will be offered for commercial use.
