Adam Internet entertains you

Adam Internet has served thousands of South Australians for years, providing fast, reliable internet connectivity. Now their customers can also enjoy the latest in home entertainment. From this week, Adam Internet is launching two fetchtv options, available from as little as $9.95 a month.

Greg Hicks, Executive Chairman and founder of Adam Internet explains, “For many years we have worked hard to make sure we can provide a reliable, fast and secure internet service to our customers. We feel this has been achieved and although internet will always remain our focus, we wanted to offer more to our customers. With new technologies and devices on the market, the internet and entertainment are converging. This new service helps our customers to get the best from both. They still receive the same great broadband service, but can now also get the latest in home entertainment – direct to their TV with fetchtv”

The Adam Internet service provides a great value service to customers that are looking for more from their broadband. With arguably the best PVR on the market, customers can not only access all the digital free to air channels in their area, but can also benefit from the latest movies direct to their TV, great channels such as The National Geographic Channel, MTV, games and applications, music and more.

So, what is a PVR and what makes this one different?

PVR stands for Personal Video Recorder, which means it lets you record TV content without the need for tapes or discs – basically a hard drive for your TV. The Adam Internet and fetchtv service has a whopping 1TB hard drive, which means you can record up to 700 hours of standard definition TV, it lets you record two shows while you watch a third, you can even pause and rewind live TV and fast forward through your recorded shows.

In addition to the PVR, fetchtv offers all the latest movies from the top movie houses, great on demand TV content, applications such as facebook, twitter and youtube and much more

Greg Hicks continues, “We are very excited to be offering fetchtv to our customers. We wanted to offer home entertainment at a price that is affordable to all homes – from just $9.95 a month; customers are getting a lot of entertainment at a fantastic price”.

Adam Internet is launching the service with two fetchtv options. The first and complete fetchtv service starts at just $19.95 per month. This option offers all the latest in home entertainment, giving customers the smart set-top box, ability to hire the latest release movies, select from the available free movies, access additional channels, play games and more. Plus with this option, customers can also subscribe to the additional services such as the World Channel packages and the Sports Package. Fetchtv lite still gives customers the smart set-top box and ability to hire the latest release movies, but does not have all the channels and additional packages available from the previous option. Fetchtv Lite is available from $9.95 per month.
