Chunghwa Telecom launches TVs with MOD IPTV integrated

TAIPEI, Taiwan, R.O.C. — Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. (TAIEX: 2412, NYSE: CHT) has announced the availability of Smart TVs with access to its Multimedia-On-demand (MOD) service built-in.
The 42″ and 50″ LCD TVs are produced by local manufacturer ChiMei and China’s TPV Technology.
