Dish TV India receives satellite broadcasting licence for Sri Lanka

According to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Dish TV Lanka (Private) Limited, Dish TV India’s subsidiary in Sri Lanka, has been granted a ‘Satellite Television Broadcasting License’ (DTH License) by the Government of Sri Lanka.
The DTH License allows the company to establish, operate and maintain a Satellite Television Network for the purpose of Digital Television Satellite Broadcasting.
