Zimbabwe buys satellite capacity from Eutelsat

According to newspaper reports, Zimbabwe has bought satellite capacity from Eutelsat to guarantee universal availability of digital broadcasting.
The Broadcasting Authority of Zimbabwe has also purchased 400,000 set-top boxes from a Chinese manufacturer selected by Huawei, the principal contractor for the country’s move to digital broadcasting.
