Hondutel plans to launch pay TV in Honduras

In an interview with Radio HRN, Empresa Hondureña de Telecomunicaciones (Hondutel), the state-owned telecommunications provider in Honduras, has said that it is planning to launch a pay TV service over its network.

The cable TV service will be available initially in the capital, Tegucigalpa, with the cities of Comayagua and Siguatepeque being added later.
