Cisco SPVTG to take off in Latam with IPTV

The Service Provider Video Technology Group (Scientific Atlanta), a division of Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO), will provide STBs to Carlos Slim’s first IPTV operations in Latin America. The services, under the Claro TV brand, will be launched by América Móvil in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.
