TRAI Consultation Paper on the Issues Relating to DTH television

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released a Consultation Paper on the issues relating to DTH. In this paper, various regulatory issues arising out of the provision of the direct-to-home television service have been discussed.
