ALVISO — Minerva Networks, the leading provider of open and IP Television (IPTV) delivery platforms, announced today that VTC Digicom, one of the largest telecommunications service providers, and the second largest TV network in Vietnam, has selected Minerva’s iTVManager platform to deliver premium digital entertainment services.
The video services will be offered to over 100,000 subscribers throughout Vietnam in the first phase and will be expanded in the near future.

Minerva’s iTVManager is a comprehensive software platform for the delivery and management of next-generation video services over broadband networks, including high-definition television (HDTV), pay-per-view (PPV), video-on-demand (VOD), and both set-top box and network-based digital video recording (DVR). It also features a high-performance Widget Engine which enables the seamless blending of television services with Internet content.
