Santa Clara, CA — Minerva Networks, a leading provider of open and scalable IPTV delivery platforms, today announced that several U.S. telecommunications operators–including Connexion Technologies, Paul Bunyan Telephone, and Rural Telephone–have selected Minerva’s new iTVManager 3.0 platform as their IPTV middleware solution. Minerva’s comprehensive IPTV service platform will enable operators to deliver competitive TV services which can expand to include personalized TV viewing, t-commerce and integrated communications services.
iTVManager 3.0 introduces new and enhanced subscriber features such as user selectable interfaces, HD/PVR, multi-stream recording and integrated web and broadcast channels. Back office enhancements help operators improve service levels and lower operating costs. Minerva’s iTVManager introduces multi-region and multiple channel line-up support, expanded APIs for OSS/BSS integration, high availability configurations, advanced provisioning options and bandwidth management features.
