Hangzhou to launch first digital terrestrial TV service based on two homegrown standards
Friday, September 21st, 2007A digital TV operator in Hangzhou is about to launch the first digital terrestial TV service in China to be based on the government-approved digital terrestrial TV transmission standard and the Audio Video coding Standard (AVS).
