Netgem moves into video on demand (VoD) with the acquisition of Glowria

NEUILLY-SUR-SEINE — Netgem, a leading provider of technology solutions for digital television, has announced that it has concluded an agreement for the acquisition of the shares of Glowria – number one in France for DVD rental over the Internet and an operator of Video-On-Demand (VOD) services.
