GMM Z satellite TV platform launches in Thailand
Monday, December 3rd, 2012
GMM Grammy plc, Thailand’s largest entertainment company, has launched its GMM Z satellite pre-pay TV service. Customers with a GMM Z set-top box can receive the 14 channels (3 free-to-air) after purchase of a GMM Z smart card.
There are already around one million GMM Z boxes installed with customers as GMM Grammy made their Euro 2012 football broadcasts exclusively available via the boxes earlier this year.
The service is on the satellite THAICOM 5, both C and Ku Band at 78.5°E.
